Product Details

Our new Legacy Meadow will be nestled in the hospice woodland. Every legacy gift we have received to date and every legacy gift made will receive a forget me not in the woodland including a personally engraved leaf with your loved one’s name or your name as legacy pledger and a short message if desired. You or your family members can pick a special spot from the woodland map and will be invited to come along and plant the forget me not personally.

So every forget me not in our woodland will represent a gift of care, love and compassion, helping us provide care now and in the future.

To request your forget me not and create your dedication please complete the box above with the name and short message you would like engraved on your silver leaf that will hang from your forget me not when it is placed in the Legacy Meadow.

We will contact you when we have received your engraving request and once your engraved leaf has been prepared we will invite you to come to the hospice woodland to plant your forget me not in your chosen spot in the meadow. If you would prefer for us to choose a spot for you please let us know.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people diagnosed with a life-limiting terminal illness and their families, at the hospice in Northampton and across Northamptonshire through our specialist community teams.

Our fundraising and retail teams work together to raise vital funds to continue to support and grow the services provided by our clinical teams at the hospice. We couldn't do this without the support and generosity of our community, both locally and worldwide.

We have a shop in Moulton Park, Northampton, which is a treasure trove of preloved items just waiting for a new home. Every item has been loved and cared for by our supporters, who have kindly donated them to us. Every purchase you make helps us continue to provide care and support for the patients and families at Cynthia Spencer Hospice.
