Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people diagnosed with a life-limiting terminal illness and their families, at the hospice in Northampton and across Northamptonshire through our specialist community teams.

Our fundraising and retail teams work together to raise vital funds to continue to support  and grow the services provided by our clinical teams at the hospice. We couldn't do this without the support and generosity of our community, both locally and worldwide.

We have a shop in Moulton Park, Northampton, which is a treasure trove of preloved items just waiting for a new home. Every item has been loved and cared for by our supporters, who have kindly donated them to us. Every purchase you make helps us continue to provide care and support for the patients and families at Cynthia Spencer Hospice.
