Make your dedication on our Memory Tree

Our Memory Tree is a unique symbol, honouring the lives and souls of loved ones no longer with us. It stands proudly in the hospice’s reception area, welcoming visitors and touching the hearts of our friends, family members and the hospice team.

We are incredibly proud to display this beautiful piece of art in the hospice, continually warmed by how it brings together so many families and individuals from our community. There is a true sense of celebration, belonging and understanding which our tree so perfectly represents. It’s a poignant reminder of the warmth and solace nurses and support staff bring to patients’ lives.

It was once said that trees indeed have hearts. That is how we recognise the Memory Tree – a growing, blossoming, loving heart within our hospice and our community.

We offer three types of leaf: gold, silver and bronze. Each leaf carries an engraving – the name of your loved one and your chosen message – and is a simple, beautiful tribute to the memory of someone special.

Just select the leaf colour and associated donation you would like, tick the Gift Aid box if appropriate and add the name and message you would like engraved (up to 75 characters) in the text field on the right of this page. Then simply tick the marketing preferences boxes as appropriate and then at the bottom of the page click 'Add to Bag'.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and then our fundraising team will be in touch with you shortly in order to arrange the engraving of your loved one’s name and your special message on your leaf.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people diagnosed with a life-limiting terminal illness and their families, at the hospice in Northampton and across Northamptonshire through our specialist community teams.

Our fundraising and retail teams work together to raise vital funds to continue to support and grow the services provided by our clinical teams at the hospice. We couldn't do this without the support and generosity of our community, both locally and worldwide.

We have a shop in Moulton Park, Northampton, which is a treasure trove of preloved items just waiting for a new home. Every item has been loved and cared for by our supporters, who have kindly donated them to us. Every purchase you make helps us continue to provide care and support for the patients and families at Cynthia Spencer Hospice.
